Lance JohnsonI have been around fitness and exercise my whole life. I was a 3 sport athlete in high school then a 2 sport (Track and Football) Division II athlete in college. As an extension of my love for health and exercise I have been personal training for the past 5 years. Helping people hit their weight goals or body composition goals is one of the joys I get from personal training. I also enjoy working with people that already have an exercise background but are looking for something more, whether it is training for a sport, competition, or other activities.

I had fallen into bad habits when I started working with Shannon. Not only did she whip me back into shape, but she encouraged good healthy habits back into my daily and weekly routine. We have already surpassed my goals, so we now are working towards new goals I never thought were possible!– Alli
My goal was to lose weight and be able to get off my insulin for my diabetes. Also I wanted to learn how to use all the different types of machines that the gym offers and to get more healthy and active. All these goals were met. Lance explains how each exercise you do helps and effects the body. He doesn’t allow you to slack off. He goes easy on you at first but once you get the hang of things he steps the intensity up.
